Nick Beaudry | Owner
Nick Beaudry began his building career working with his father developing multifamily communities in Naples, Florida.
Branching out on his own Nick moved to Atlanta and has been building custom homes throughout the area since 1986.
Nick was one of the first in-fill housing builders in Decatur and to date Nick Beaudry Homes has built and completed more than 220 new houses and large-scale renovations in Decatur and the city of Atlanta.
Nick lives in Atlanta with his wife, Liz, and their two daughters, Amelia and Claire.
Mike Stephens | Project Manager
Mike Stephens boasts 30 years of new home construction experience. Mike is a second-generation builder, born and raised in Atlanta. He puts his insightful knowledge and building experience to strategic use on every new project.
Walter Atjum | Finishing Crew
Walter Atjum and his family have been an integral part of Nick Beaudry Homes since 2003. Atjum’s dedicated crew is known for its fine attention to detail and are considered the best finishing crew in Atlanta.
Bill Gwaltney | Bookkeeping
Bill Gwaltney grew up in the Decatur-Avondale Estates area. After graduating from Georgia Tech, he worked in the chemical industry for 40-plus years, mostly in the Carolinas. After relocating to Atlanta in 2002, he now works in the role of project bookkeeping for Nick Beaudry Homes.
